Hygiene is Critical at Saffron Kitchen

When it comes to food, hygiene is critical, and must never be over-looked. There is a massive responsibility when producing and supplying food, towards both one's employees and customers. You can't ever cut corners, or take any short-cuts.


At Saffron Kitchen we take food hygiene incredibly seriously. We have systems and processes in place to ensure we always exceed the standards required of us from a food health and safety perspective.

  • We conduct regular independent microbiologically-based hygiene audits to monitor the safety and hygiene of the premises.

  • We have separate individual preparation areas for red meat, poultry, fish / sushi, vegetables / fruit to avoid any cross contamination

  • Our Kitchen has a backup power generator (for our fridges and freezers) as well as backup water storage solutions.

  • We partner with Clear Hygiene to conduct regular Fumigation, Sanitisation and Disinfection of our facility.
